Chuck Waters, Controller and consultant, oversees the financial and legal aspects of the Lavinski Division of Lavinski|Hayes International. As a CPA and attorney, he is responsible for financial reporting and accounting, regulatory compliance, and assists with information systems, compensation, benefits and human resource administration.In addition, he plays a role in the analysis, implementation and management of integrated software solutions for accounting, client management and customer service.

Prior to joining Lavinski, he co-founded Staffnet, a provider of human resource outsourcing services, including payroll, employee benefits, worker’s compensation management and personnel administration.

As a senior management executive, he has been a partner and principal of three top-performing consulting firms in the information systems, accounting and database software industries serving Fortune 500 companies.In these positions, he managed full P&L, multi-site operations, technology, information systems and human resource functions.He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his law degree from Southern Methodist University. Active memberships include the State Bar of Texas, the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPA’s.
