Glenn Beadles is the HR Information Systems / Payroll Business Unit Director for the Lavinski division of Lavinski|Hayes, and founder of Altania, Inc. an HRIS / Payroll Consulting services firm. He has over 20 years experience managing selection and implementation of HRIS / payroll systems, time & labor management systems, and interfaces to production and accounting systems. He has been involved in SOX compliance for both HR systems and HR business processes since 2003.

Glenn possesses a strong background in matching HRIS / Payroll systems to strategic business goals. He has successfully managed large and complex implementation projects; along with managing the expectations of executive sponsors and project stakeholders.

As a strategic thinker with both project and tactical experience and expertise, Glenn provides consultive advice to clients, along with the capacity to provide hands-on solutions and project oversight.

Glenn has experience in diverse business sectors including manufacturing, business process outsourcing (BPO), human resources outsourcing (HRO), oil & gas refining, and industrial construction. He holds a bachelor of science in business degree with emphasis in Information Technology from Western Governors University as well as CPP certification.
