Jill E. Johnson

Director, Compensation Planning & Design

Jill leads the Compensation practice for the Lavinski Division of Lavinski|Hayes International. With over 12 years of experience in the analysis, design, development and implementation of compensation programs, she oversees our compensation consultants in the field and consults with various clients on compensation consulting engagements.

Before joining Lavinski, Jill spent the last 5 years consulting for various organizations in the telecommunications, healthcare, high tech/software, semiconductor, retail office services and non-profit industries. Most of her experience has been centered around broad-based compensation, especially large-scale projects to design and develop company-wide base pay programs, titling systems, and management incentive plans. Her philosophy is to build sound, easy-to-administer compensation programs customized to a client's unique culture.

Jill, a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), received an Economics degree from the University of Washington. She holds a Masters in Business from the University of Washington as well, where she focused her studies on human resource management and operations management. She is a member of the Dallas Human Resource Management Association.
