Rebecca is a Certified Personnel Consultant with over 15 years experience in the consulting and staffing industry. Her talent acquisition and management roles include sourcing, recruiting and placing mid, senior and executive-level management personnel in both contract and full time positions, writing industry standard job descriptions to support extensive recruitment initiatives, staffing metrics, analysis and reporting, compliance, training and operations.

Clients have included Fortune 1,000, Big 4 and large privately owned companies in industries such as professional services, financial services, telecommunication, real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, investment banking, and pharmaceuticals.

Rebecca served as Recruiting Director for the Dallas office of Hudson Global Resources, a worldwide leading provider in talent management solutions; served as Director of HR Client Services for Propensity, an HR/HRIS/Payroll and Finance consulting firm specializing in talent, technology and process improvement solutions (acquired by Hudson); spent nine years as the Director of Project Services for the Dallas office of Accretive Solutions, (formerly Lavinski Allan & Associates) where she managed the client and recruitment processes for the outsourced project management consulting group, specializing in accounting and finance. Rebecca spent 10 years in mid and senior level Human Resource positions within the oil and gas and financial services industries before joining Lavinski Allan & Associates.
