Rich Lavinski, a CPA has founded and co-founded several successful companies and pioneered new frontiers in the professional project services and consulting industry. In 2004, he formed Propensity, a firm dedicated to providing high caliber accounting, finance and HR consulting, project and search services to companies requiring value-driven consulting, project solutions and executive search expertise. In 2008, Hudson, a global $1.2 billion publicly traded professional services firm, made an unsolicited offer to purchase Propensity. As part of Hudson (NASDAQ: HHGP) Rich and his team have provided clients access to a wide variety of accounting, finance, IT, HR and business system subject matter expertise. Rich and his team of experts have been working together assisting clients achieve business objectives through Consulting, Project Management, Talent Acquisition and Staffing services more than 20 years.

Prior to founding Propensity, Rich served as Regional President of Accretive Solutions (formerly know as Horn Murdock Cole/Dickson Allan). He founded the Dallas, office of Accretive in 1988 under the name Lavinski Allan & Associates. Lavinski Allan became a 100+ professional project services and consulting firm with offices in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. Rich sold his firm to Accretive Solutions in 2000 and served as Regional president of Accretive until December 2003. Lavinski Allan (LAA) grew from a start up to become the largest privately owned project consulting, search and financial services firm in Dallas in less than 5 years. Named one of the fastest-growing companies in Dallas, Rich attributes the rapid growth of LAA to his good fortune of working with a superb team of professionals – many of whom now work for the Lavinski Division of Lavinski|Hayes.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Lavinski served as a senior executive in several national firms in the venture capital, software and non-profit industries. He began his career as a tax professional at Arthur Andersen primarily serving publicly traded, non-profits, and large privately owned organizations. An entrepreneur, Rich has sought to be a servant leader throughout his career. Rich brings to Lavinski|Hayes International his extensive experience in financial and business operations, business leadership, sales and management. Mr. Lavinski earned an AB in Economics from University of Chicago and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Taxation from University of North Texas. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of WaterStone (formerly known as The Christian Community Foundation), The Cartmell Home Foundation, and Lakeview Methodist Center.
